What Level includes:
- 1 introductory video with how to run
- 8 illustrative videos of specific static and dynamic exercises.
Purpose
Duration
Each video lasts 30 to 40 seconds.
For an optimal result
Perform the number of repetitions indicated in each video.
It is advisable not to stop performing the exercise before its complete completion.
At the end of the series of 8 exercises, repeat the entire sequence 3 more times. You can carry out 2 to 4 sessions per week, depending on your level of training.

This package includes the use of tools:
- 2 Accessories to reduce friction (e.g. soft paper - cloth - etc.)
- 1 tubular elastic or rubber fitness elastic with a length of at least 2 m.
- 1 Fitness Mat.
- 1 Balance Cushion.
The package is valid for 1 month
Carry out the exercises in a suitable space to avoid collisions.
Preferably do the exercises between meals.
In case of muscle or joint pain and/or physical discomfort of any kind, stop training immediately and consult your doctor.
Remember to perform the exercises recommended by the result of the self-evaluation test.
