What Level includes:
- 1 introductory video with how to run
- 8 illustrative videos of specific static and dynamic exercises.

The video lasts 180 sec.
For an optimal result
Perform the number of repetitions indicated in each video.
Static exercises must last at least 180 seconds.
You must repeat the exercise or series of exercises before moving on to the next one as indicated in the video. You can carry out 2 to 4 sessions per week, depending on your level of training.

This package includes the use of tools:
- 1 tubular elastic or rubber fitness elastic with a length of at least 2 m.
- 1 Sturdy chair preferably with backrest
- 1 Fitness Mat.
The package is valid for 1 month
Carry out the exercises in a suitable space to avoid collisions.
Preferably do the exercises between meals.
In case of muscle or joint pain and/or physical discomfort of any kind, stop training immediately and consult your doctor.
This package is only suitable for those who have successfully completed the exercises in the Pro1B package.
